What services does ZAWAZ offer?

We specialize in:
– Translation (Japanese, English, French, Chinese, Korean, Italian, Spanish and many more)
– Interpretation (simultaneous, consecutive, on-site, remote)
– Subtitling & transcription
– Anime/media localization
– Project coordination for Japanese and international clients


What languages do you support?

We support all languages. Our core team works primarily between Japanese and English, but we can handle French, Chinese, Korean, Italian, Spanish and others, and other languages through our extended network.


Do you offer interpreting services outside Japan?

Most interpreting services are provided within Japan, but we’re open to international requests. Please contact us to confirm availability.


Do you localize anime or video content?

Yes! We provide anime-style subtitling, lyric translation, and visual storytelling support for music and entertainment content.


How fast can you deliver a translation?

Delivery times depend on the project, but small jobs can be completed in 24–48 hours. For urgent projects, let us know your deadline.


What file formats do you accept?

We accept Word (.docx), PDF, subtitle files (.srt, .ass), audio/video files (.mp3, .wav, .mp4, etc.).


How do I get a quote?

Send us the source file, language pair, deadline, and any special instructions. We’ll reply with a quote ASAP.


Do you provide invoices?

Yes, official invoices are provided. We accept bank transfer and other agreed payment methods.


Can I work with ZAWAZ as a translator or interpreter?

We mainly work with people based in Japan who speak Japanese fluently, but you’re welcome to send your resume for future consideration.
